SNS24 is a telephone and online service of the Portuguese National Health Service (SNS). It helps citizens and relatives to navigate through the system, providing clinical and nonclinical services. Helps when they need advice with acute, non-emergent, health complaints. It also offers a set of services for citizens to solve health-related issues without having to go your primary care unit or hospital. There are available service such as: evaluation and counselling in the context of non-emergent acute disease; provision of fast and reliable information on clinical and non-clinical/administrative subjects; scheduling an appointments in primary care; supports citizens after condition HIV self-test. In the current situation, this is the hotline dedicated to Covid-19: providing relevant information, symprom evaluation or giving guidence to quarantined citizens whose symptoms require a follow back.
