The DHU consortium brings together seven project partners with rich experience in the digital transformation of health and care, representing over 1,300 member organisations. Their substantial outreach brings them in contact with over 80,000 organisations and experts. In addition, the project will be supported by a pool of associated experts who will support initiatives and activities related to the uptake of digital health and care solutions and practices.
