Support and frailty prevention solutions for people over 65

Life Plus improves the well-being and health of people over 65 with prevention and assistance solutions. Our solution secures elderly people, promotes well-being and helps caregivers in their day to day tasks. Manual SOS can be sent. The solution automatically detects falls, wanderings, unusual activity,… Each alert is sent with the precise location of the people in trouble, in order to allow caregivers to rescue them as quickly as possible. On top of that, a virtual coaching is set up to encourage elderly people to stay autonomous (physical activity, cognition games, nutritionnal advices). The solution is enriched by care management functionalities too. The solution is mainly based on a trendy smart watch worn by elderly people, and a cloud platform for professional caregivers to manage the solution, users,… The development of the solution began in 2015; even since then, it has been co-developed by our R&D teams and our users. Thanks to this, the watch is worn 90% of the time (non stigmatizing watch), and the platform is easy-to-use. Life Plus solutions are dedicated to elderly people in both: – institutions like nursing homes, senior facilities,… – at home through home care services According to customer constraints, we can adapt our business model: investment only or investment + license.
