Surgifit has been developed by Health Circuit, a spin-off company of Hospital Clínic Barcelona, in collaboration with its surgical prehabilitation unit. Surgifit has been recently recognised by OECD as a good practice for improving public health systems. Surgifit web platform helps surgical prehabilitation teams to create evidence-based personalized care plans and monitor their implementation to ensure patient compliance in the preoperative phase. Patients can use the Surgifit mobile App to follow their pre-rehabilitation plan from their home, nearby gyms, or in combination with a supervised training program at the hospital center. Surgifit is currently being piloted with leading surgical prehabilitation teams from tertiary care hospitals at International level. Surgifit is ofered as a Software as a Service with a license fee per patient that undergoes surgical prehabilitation.
