This training covers crisis communication and basic communication skills. Teams undergoing major changes, such as digitalization projects, can benefit from crisis awareness and planning. The key principle of crisis management is to prepare before a crisis occurs. Our program focuses on pre-crisis preparedness, crisis management, and post-crisis evaluation, and can be conducted regularly with teams.
