What is this session about?

The Adaptive Case Management (ACM) approach of Health Circuit (www.healthcircuit.es) aims to empower professionals to define dynamic service workflows as patient-centred, evidence-based interventions with special input on combining pharmacological and nonpharmacological interventions. The training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement ACM in digital health environments. Key objectives include enhancing the ability to manage complex health processes dynamically, promoting the integration of ACM into digital health programs, and improving overall healthcare delivery through adaptive and responsive management practices.
